WK 1:Cold readings

This article has a lot of useful information like, never go to a physic reader or those others that say they know your future. Pretty much this article is talking about the tactics that all those readers use to make their client leave happy and hopefully come back and empty their pockets with them. A cold reading, which is what it sounds like, is a reading when the reader knows absolutely nothing about the client but tries to do their best to get something out of them to lead them where to start their "magical" power. I do agree with the fact that the environment takes us away and makes us believe everything just because we are in a place that is not like home. For example as in the scent and the freaky crystal ball that a reader might have. Makes us feel like this person might really be something special.
Yes, actually visiting these members does not mean that everything they have told us is going to happen, but instead we take it in and interpret it as if they made our day. they have took their time to tell us something that we all want to hear once in a while, what we want to happen in our future. But i just don't understand if we know that, then why do we keep on going back to them and spending dollars as if they grow out of trees. Spend money to hear someone talk about things that i might already know or tell me things that i know will never happen, is not one of my options ever.
