This video openly talked about how the fact that society still does not take it into consideration that our children are learning about the real truth and it may destroy their source of religion. But to go out and actually put stickers on biology books for caution towards science? I thought that was kind of foolish honestly. I liked how Miller says that if he would of had a chance to put that sticker on there, he would of mentioned about the ability to be open mindedness. He thinks that the sticker did not go far enough for the caution material.
But we do ask ourselves, why are there so many people out there attacking evolution? like Miller mentioned the website of answersingenesis.com, i just cant believe they think that evolution is a cause of homosexuality and abortion and topics like that. It is true like he said, evolution is a shaky science but i do not believe we should threaten and send hate mail to those who believe. I think we should stand for what we believe in and let those others who don't, believe in whatever they want to. The court cases were actually interesting to know that Miller was involved in many of them and just knowing that the news world wanted some sort of hatred message from him to the outer world. Miller, I believe stands for what he believes in and wont back down even if they keep on sending him hate mail and talking trash. He will support all others scientists beliefs of evolution and will do very well to keep on teaching it to students.
